Judith Fredrikson was selected as January's Featured Artist for Trail's End Art Association.

Judith is an award winning watercolorist. She teaches beginning and advanced watercolors at the Trail's End Art Center, with a special love for working with beginners.

She is a native Oregonian, but she has lived in Minnesota and also Washington where she worked for Boeing as a typesetter and then with a graphics/art group. She took a Northern Lights correspondence course while at Boeing where she learned many watercolor basics.

About fiftenn years ago Judith moved

to the north coast where she took classes from Lois Erickson who taught her more basics and inspired her to continue to paint.

Judith has been a member of TEAA for about six years and is also a member of the Pallette Puddlers. She has shown her work at Harrington's Gallery when it was in Astoria and Castaways Gifts in Cannon Beach.
