58th Annual Judged Exhibition

Open to all artists

The 58th Annual Judged Exhibition, open to all artists, will be held from Friday, August 1, 2008, through Sunday, August 31, 2008. The gala Opening Reception will be on Saturday, August 2, 2008 from 4 pm - 8 pm.
Age Categories
  • 12 years and under
  • 13 years to 16 years
  • Over 16 years
Categories of artwork include:  
  • Watercolor
  • Acrylic
  • Mixed Media (such as watercolor & acrylic, watercolor and pastel, etc.)
  • Collage
  • Pen and ink, pencil, charcoal, conte'
  • Oil
  • Prints including monoprints and intaglio
  • Fiber art
  • Sculpture including clay, wood, stone, bronze, etc.
  • Pastel
  • Photography
  • Soft Sculpture (fabric, etc.)
  • Other
Size limitations: All artwork must NOT exceed 32" x 40"
Appearance: All artwork must be professionally mounted, framed, or presented appropriately. NO raw glass edges, no sawtooth hangers, and all wires should be at least 1"below the top of the frame.
Originality: All artwork must be original in all respects. Artwork may not be a copy of someone's copyrighted photo, drawing, or rendering.
Current work: All artwork must have been completed within the last two years.
Fees:
  • No entry fee for members
  • $15 per entry for non-members
  • $8 entry fee for child non-members
Number of entries per person: Two
Trail's End Art Association Members reserve the right to refuse artwork. Trail's End Art Association promotes art appropriate for families.
IMPORTANT DATES  
July 28, Monday: Submit artwork to TEAA Art Center, 10 am - 2 pm
July 31, Thursday: Judging
August 2, Saturday: Opening Reception, 4-8 pm
September 1, Monday: Pickup artwork, 10 am - 2 pm
